Collection Service Fee

The cost to pick up the item from your location is $95, which includes the $55.00 diagnostic fee.

Please note that all service request bookings will be reviewed and verified by a member of staff before being approved.

Do you repair Apple products?

We no longer offer repair, upgrade, or support services for Apple devices. For assistance with your Apple device, reach out directly to Apple’s customer support at 1300 321 456. They will be able to provide you with the necessary guidance and support.

What is the cost for the drop-off service?

The minimum diagnostics fee for this service is $55.00.

What is the cost for the pick-up service?

The cost for this service is $95.00, which includes the $55.00 diagnostics fee as well as pickup and drop-off of a device from your home or business.

Do you provide onsite repairs?

Yes, we offer onsite repairs at a flat rate of $95.00 for the first hour, and then $47.50 for every half hour thereafter.

Why was my service request booking declined?

Declining a service request is a last resort measure that we take only after a technician has verified the request for approval. The most common reasons for declining a service request include the submission not being valid, a double booking, the location not being within our service area, or our unavailability during the time displayed on the calendar.

Do you repair liquid damaged/physical damaged parts?

We do not solder or microsolder parts from PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) or notebooks, such as charging ports. If you require these services, please seek the support of a microsoldering expert. Additionally, we do not review or repair any devices that have had liquid contact.
