Do you still repair Apple products?

We no longer offer repair, upgrade, or support services for Apple devices. For assistance with your Apple device, please contact Apple’s customer support directly at 1300 321 456. They can provide you with the necessary guidance and support.

How long does a service take?

    Do you charge service fees?

    Yes. $55.00 is our minimum diagnostics fee.

    I was hacked or scammed. Can you fix my PC?

    Yes, we can assist you. We have the capability to eliminate any unauthorised activity from your PC.

    • Our services do not guarantee protection against future attacks.

    • We strongly advise you to immediately contact your banking institutions regarding this security breach.

    Our comprehensive cleaning process is estimated to take approximately 2-3 business days to complete.

    My PC doesnt boot or turn on, I need my data.

    We can attempt to recover your data using specialised tools, but there are no guarantees of complete success.

    Our charges range between $195.00 and $345.00, depending on the time and complexity of data extraction.

    • Data may be partially recoverable or not at all.
    • Any recovered data is sorted by file type.

      The original folder structure will not be preserved. We can only recover all the existing data so; it is not possible to just retrieve a specific file.

    • Typically, it takes 5-7 business days to complete the data recovery.

      If your laptop or PC’s disk is making clicking or grinding sounds, it is unlikely that we will be able to recover the data. We strongly advise against further powering on your device as it could cause additional damage to the data. It is crucial to speak to a data recovery specialist immediately, as they may need to replace parts in your storage disk to recover the data, which requires very specific conditions.

    • To proceed with the data recovery, you will need to provide us with a medium for copying the recovered data to.

      You can purchase an external SSD or HDD, at additional cost.

    Can I mail my device in for repair?

    In-person drop-offs (via our booking system) are mandatory for device repairs as they are both safer and faster. We do not accept devices for repair via mail due to the risk of damage or loss during transit, which could compromise the quality of our services. For the best experience, we recommend visiting us in person so we can provide you with a secure and efficient repair service.
