Service Request FAQ’s

Do you repair Apple products?

No. We no longer offer repair, upgrade, or support services for Apple devices. For assistance with your Apple device, please contact Apple’s customer support directly at 1300 321 456. They can provide you with the necessary guidance and support.

Can you clean dust from my computer?

Yes, however, if your personal computer has been exposed to cigarette smoke, we reserve the right to reject the cleaning for OH&S reasons. Therefore, if you smoke near your computer, unfortunately, we will be unable to clean it.

Laptop Repairs (Displays & Batteries)
  • Unfortunately, if your laptop has a damaged or defective display, we are unable to repair or replace it. Please seek assistance from the device manufacturer.

  • If your battery is no longer holding a charge, we cannot replace it. Please contact your device manufacturer’s spare parts department for a quality replacement.
Do you repair liquid damaged/physical damaged parts?

We do not solder or microsolder parts from PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) or notebooks, such as charging ports. If you require these services, please seek the support of a microsoldering expert. Additionally, we cannot assess or repair any devices that have had liquid contact.

What is the cost for the drop-off service?

The minimum diagnostics fee for this service is $55.00.

Do you provide onsite repairs?

No. We no longer offer onsite support.

Why was my service request booking declined?

Declining a service request is a last resort measure that we take only after a technician has verified the request for approval. The most common reasons for declining a service request include invalid submissions, double bookings, or our unavailability during the requested time slot.
