Congratulations on your decision to order! The next step is to provide a 30% deposit of the approved quoted final amount. Once we receive the deposit, we will proceed with ordering the necessary parts, assembling the system, and conducting thorough testing.

After the assembly and testing are complete, we will give you a call to arrange a convenient time for you to pick up your system. We appreciate your business and look forward to providing you with a high-quality custom-built system.

When will I receive my system?

This depends on parts availability and the complexity of the build. Generally, it takes longer to get parts than to assemble the entire system and test it.

5-7 business days would be a good average time. Your dedicated Emagineering Computers sales consultant will quote the time frame on your order.

Can you come onsite and set my system up?

Yes, we offer onsite system setup services. However, it’s important to note a few details. Please ensure that you request this service before placing your order, as there may be a small fee associated with it. Additionally, we have certain limitations on the locations we can provide this service to.

What is the shipment cost?

We do not offer shipment of custom systems due to our commitment to ensuring that your system arrives in the same condition it left our premises. We cannot guarantee maintaining this standard with a third-party delivery service.
