Do you service Airpods?

No for OH&S reasons we will not be accepting any AirPods or Beats product service requests.

Please speak to Apple or seek an alternative AASP who is accepting these products for service.

Do you charge service fees?

Yes.

$55.00 for Mac & PC.

$45.00 for iPhone, iPad, Watch and other iOS devices.

A service fee will apply for all devices which are not covered under Australian Consumer Law or Apple Care + coverage.

  • Physical Damage is not covered under warranty.
  • Software issues are not covered under warranty.
  • Service fees are not charged for Service Programs.

How long does a service take?
    • iPhone (*Same Business Day)
    • iPad (5 to 7 Business Days)
    • Mac (5 to 7 Business Days)
    • PC Repairs & Upgrades (5 to 7 Business Days)

    My iPhones battery health

    Please review Apple’s guide on Battery Health & How to Maximize your battery.  Replacement is the last option. Before you do this, you MUST comply with the following prerequisites before booking an appointment or walking into our store.

    1. Update your iOS. Yes, it does help!
    2. Follow the Battery Health guide mentioned above. Disable background app refreshes is a common fix.
    3. Refer to your devices Battery Health App using the built in App in, Settings > Battery.
    4. If you are receiving a message on your iPhone similar to; Your battery’s health is significantly degraded. An Apple Authorised Service Provider can replace the battery to restore full performance and capacity. Consider booking a service. But before that, conduct the following step, it’s a MUST!
    5. Disable Find My Device (FMI). If you do not disable this security feature, we will be unable to proceed with repair.
    Can you repair my iPad screen?

    No. iPad’s cannot be repaired. They must be replaced by Apple. If your iPad display has sustained some form of physical damage, you will need to consider proceeding with an Out Of Warranty repair. Prices vary among models or if you have a valid Apple Care + plan. Please refer to Apple’s documentation here for more detail.

    Remember to disable Find My Device before bringing it in for service.

    Can you repair my Apple Watch?

    No. Apple Watch cannot be repaired. It must be replaced by Apple. If your Watch display has sustained some form of physical damage, you may need to consider proceeding with an Out Of Warranty service. Prices vary among models or if you have a valid Apple Care + plan. Please refer to Apple’s documentation here for more detail.

    Remember to unpair your Watch before bringing it in for service.

    My iPhone rear glass is cracked can you repair it?

    No. The rear glass was designed in such a way to facilitate wireless charging capabilities. There is no genuine repair option, the whole iPhone will need to be replaced. Please review Apples fee’s for replacement here.

    Remember to disable Find My Device before bringing it in for service.

    Please quote me a price for repair of my Mac?

    All Apple devices submitted for service are subject to a VMI, (Visual Mechanical Inspection). Apple and Apple Authorised Service Providers are obligated to follow this process because we need to determine and provide an accurate condition report and verify if there is any damage or failures which you may not be aware of.

    Remember to disable Find My Device before bringing it in for service.

    Can I mail my device in for repair?

    No. It’s safer and faster to bring it in to the store in person. Damaged and Lost in Transit parcels are too frequent of an occurrence to meet our high standards of service.

    What payment methods do you accept?

    Direct Deposit, Cash, Visa, Mastercard and Openpay.
